If accidenyally user doesn’t have administrator rights, someone who has administrator rights on your computer must fix your problem, or they must temporarily assign administrator rights to your user so that you can fix your problem yourself. How satisfied are you with this response?

All users of XP have administrator rights by default, unless the Administrator user changed settings and limited the rights for that user. Do everything you can to reduce the effort of the wonderful folks offering to help you.
