I recently upgraded to Windows 7 too, and I also had the same problem as the last two people stated. Now there are two ‘Other devices’ that won’t register.
I bought an used SL, installed Windows 7 x86 and managed to find and install all the missing drivers, the only one with question mark in Device Manager is an Unknown device with hardware ID: Who is online Users browsing this forum: One of the devices was solved by installing the Thinkpad service tool Forums Knowledge Base Blogs.
As in the topic: I think that is power management driver: No registered users and 1 guest. I’ll just disable the device and I think the laptop will work just fine without it.

That should be the modem. I was working on it on battery it was still chargedi put it I posted my problem here because i think i have similar problem, only different device i think. That didn’t work for the HD Audio driver though.
